About

A synthesis, not a medical protocol

The science belongs to the physicians. The system is the convergence layer for travelers.

The naming logic

The center, not the edges

"Supra" = Latin for "above, beyond, in addition to." Veganism = no animal products. supravegan = no animal products + no extracted oil + no refined or processed foods + minimal added sodium + a disciplined daily practice built around the foods that leading researchers agree on. This is not a rejection of veganism. It is veganism taken further.

The honest origin

The humility clause

I am not a doctor. I am not a nutritionist. I am a synthesist and a traveler who got tired of feeling terrible on the road. I read the work of five physicians who have dedicated their careers to plant-based nutrition research. Each of them has a slightly different framework. But they all agree on a core set of foods and boundaries. I asked: what if I only ate where they all agree? Not the edges. Not the debates. The center. That question became supravegan.
