Week 1

Foundation

Set up your system. Do not worry about perfection.

What to expect

  • Increased gas and bloating can happen as fiber rises.
  • Headaches can appear when oil and salt drop suddenly.
  • Food may taste bland while your palate recalibrates.
  • Energy may dip briefly, then improve.

Week 2

Integration

Build the batch-cooking rhythm and practice social situations.

What to expect

  • Gut bacteria begin adapting.
  • Vegetables taste sweeter and flavors become more vivid.
  • Energy and bowel regularity often stabilize.

Week 3

Optimization

Experiment with variations and find your personal version.

What to expect

  • The 6 Checks become less effortful.
  • Eating out gets less stressful.
  • Cooking becomes faster.

Week 4

Lifestyle

This is just how you eat now.

What to expect

  • You have 5-6 default meals.
  • The markets, fallback orders, and phrases are familiar.
  • The boundaries feel natural rather than restrictive.

Troubleshooting

Gas and bloating usually mean fiber rose faster than your gut adapted. Drink water, cook vegetables more thoroughly, soak beans longer, and ramp up. Low energy usually means too few calories: add rice, potatoes, oats, yuca, corn, or quinoa.
